Normally, when a mother deer rejects her baby in the wild, the newborn has a slim chance of survival. Without its mother to show how to gather food and stay safe from predators, the theory of "survival of the fittest" moves in and claims its life.
Thankfully for little Dragon, he was born on the Deer Tracks Junction farm and had a team of humans looking after his well-being.
With 24-7 care and constant nurturing, Dragon slowly developed into a handsome young deer - and his white face started to gain attention from animal lovers all over the world!
Now Dragon is just about two years old, but due to the fact he was pampered since birth, he's having a tough time letting go of human attention.
The Deer Tracks Junction Facebook page said they're in the slow process of weaning him off of the bottle and onto more solid foods.
"Well, Dragon is enjoying the cooler weather. He is doing pretty well, but is still smaller than the other fawns his age. Not quite willing to give up his bottle yet, so he still gets one bottle a day."
