Mom Stops By Store For Diapers, Finds Hidden Note On Package That Has Her Running To The Manager

Holiday stress has been known to turn even the most calmly grounded person into an absolute train wreck. Sometimes the non-stop hustle and bustle can be enough to make their hair fall out, too! But, one mother from Tacoma, Washington didn't even have to wait for that to happen - she was practically yanking it all out herself.
On Christmas Eve, a very tired and overworked Aman Da Elle found herself rushing to the grocery store before it closed. Instead of spending the night at home with her family, this new mom was on a very desperate treasure hunt, and it wasn't for last-minute gifts or stocking stuffers, either.
There's always one emergency after another when it comes to kids. In Aman's case, her little tyke needed potty-pants, and pronto! But, when she found a hidden note taped to the package of diapers she grabbed off the shelf, she couldn't believe her luck.
As Aman was getting ready to checkout, she thought she felt a coupon attached to the package of diapers. But, when she went to rip it off and hand it to the cashier, she was instead greeted with a yellow sticky note. On Facebook, she shared a photo of the sweet handwritten message:
"From one parent to another. Merry Christmas."
When Aman found herself all alone on Christmas Eve staring at a shelf full of nappies, she probably never expected to break out into a smile. But, her smile got even bigger when she discovered another surprise hidden behind the note!
Apparently, Santa had been prowling the aisles earlier that night. As she peeled back the slip of paper, the situation became more unbelievable.
"As I walked to the register, I felt what I thought was a coupon taped onto the plastic, turned over the package in my hand, and found this note with $20 taped underneath."
For Aman, it wasn't even the money that was the true gift. As the saying goes, it's the thought that counts. A total stranger had thought to pay it forward to someone they knew needed lots of love and attention - a fellow parent!

It turns out that Aman wasn't the only recipient of Santa's merry stash of cash. According to the 12th Street Tacoma Safeway store manager, the jolly good fellow had been very busy with his DIY gifts that evening. She was actually the fifth person to run and tell him about the sneaky presents!
"It's true and if the person who did this for me sees my message, I just want you to know it couldn't have come at a better time. I was feeling overwhelmed and overlooked and you made me feel so special and I'll always be so grateful for it. Merry Christmas!"
Being a parent can be hard work, especially during the holiday season. Aman was feeling a bit overlooked, but Secret Santa's cheeky little treasure suddenly made her shine brighter than Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Awww!
