At the tender age of nine, Amira Willighagen of the Netherlands revealed her true God-given gift: a pure, angelic voice. This youthful singer has been blessed with an incredible operatic voice.
The world first learned of her when she captured the winning title on Holland's Got Talent. After her audition, she was contacted by world-famous violinist and orchestra director Andre Rieu who invited her to a master class.
After numerous invitations to perform nationally and globally, Amira was invited to perform in a Christmas special hosted by the Dutch television program Max Maakt Mogelijk. For the holiday concert, she opted to sing "O Holy Night."
The performance was recorded at Saint Jacobs Church, The Hague, and Amira dedicated her performance to a 105-year-old woman sitting in the audience who was thrilled to be able to hear the young and highly-acclaimed singer in person. Decked out in a red holiday dressed draped with a white fur cape, Amira's chillingly rich voice sings about our Savior's birth.
The audience is simply enraptured by this young girl's stunning skills. This young lady has used her vocal blessing from Heaven to help others, too.
She has donated half of her revenue to build a playground for children near where her maternal relatives hail from. Amira then founded a charity organization after that to further her good Samaritan efforts.
This youngster with the angelic voice absolutely mesmerizes the audience at this Christmas concert. The fans are shocked as she shares a touching holiday hit with beauty and grace that also can be found on her second album titled Merry Christmas.
With the voice of an angel, Amira's performance of this Christmas classic is nothing short of breathtaking. She is an absolute blessing to those who are fortunate to hear her sing.
