Carrie Underwood Takes To Social Media After Rumors Swirl

After dating for one year under the radar, country music dynamo Carrie Underwood joyfully got engaged to professional hockey player Mike Fisher. Eight years later after they wed, the two remain deeply in love.
In honor of their special day, Carrie took to social media to wish her hunky hubby a happy anniversary. The stunning pair was married in July 2010 along Lake Oconee in Georgia surrounded by 250 friends and family.
Carrie, 35, and Mike, 38, are parents to the cutest little guy, three-year-old son Isaiah Michael. So far, the couple has successfully avoided divorce rumors that always seem to invade superstars' private lives.
But in February, some speculated that the couple actually was headed for Splitsville. Mike quickly squashed those rumors, posting on social media that he and Carrie had "never been better."
Carrie has stayed out of the spotlight for the most part after enduring 50 stitches, mostly to her face, after sustaining a terrible fall outside her Nashville home last November that also resulted in a broken wrist. The hiatus drew Carrie even closer to Mike and Isaiah, giving the trio some much needed quality family time.
In a post on social media geared toward her sweetheart on their 8 year anniversary, Carrie confesses that she loves Mike more today than yesterday. And the day before that...and the day before that...
"Here's to many more years together!"
In March, Mike adorably wished his wife a happy birthday with the cutest Instagram throwback photo of Carrie sporting quite the head of hair. He called her an "incredible wife and an amazing mom with killer hair."
"All kidding aside, you're a blessing to Izzy and I every day. Love you @carrieunderwood."
We wish the power couple a happy anniversary and many more years of wedded bliss. Congrats!
