Hulk Hogan Leaves Fans Shook With Confession About Past And Chilling Moment Jesus Saved His Life

Professional wrestling fans around the world couldn't wait to turn on the TV and watch Hulk Hogan flatten his opponents. With his signature bandanna wrapped around his head and big mustache, the man known personally as Terry Gene Bollea seemed to have it all.
He relished his loving family of four, a big and luxurious house, fast cars and a sometimes too-wild life. People loved the phenomenon known as "Hulkamania."
After his success in the wrestling ring with the WWE, he launched a reality show "Hogan Knows Best." Cameras followed around him and his family, including daughter Brooke and son Nick.
But in 2007, his world came crumbling down around him. Hulk Hogan's show was canceled and Nick was involved in a serious car accident that injured not only himself but his best friend; he spent eight months in jail because of it.
Hulk Hogan admitted to Oprah on her show "Oprah: Where are they Now?" that he had hit rock bottom. He began drinking heavily.
"It just all kept piling up, it all kept mounting and mounting. I didn't know how to handle it. I always wondered how could someone possibly take their own life, and so I got to that point where I said, 'You know what, maybe this would be easy. You know, maybe this would be an easy way to fix things.'"
The once infamous pro wrestler found himself believing that suicide was the answer. That was, until a still small voice spoke to him, he told The Christian Post.
"I now realize I had to go through all this stuff to be who I am today, to make me who I am today. And then I realized all that stuff - the peace, love, the joy, that still, small voice, the energy, that God presence - is part of who I'm meant to be."
Finally, Hulk Hogan had clarity. He shared that eternal treasures are the most important thing to focus upon.
"Knowing that once you are a Christian and you accepted Christ as your savior, first you gonna have an everlasting life that belief and that faith is pretty much the only thing that is real."
How refreshing to know that someone whose life once focused on material things now understands that earthly possessions are not what's important. It's an inspiration to watch Hulk Hogan turn everything around and find Jesus Christ.
