Thank goodness Mom had the camera running the entire time! Her cleverness is simply endearing to watch.
Even though the Horse and Hound website says that most riders first begin at six years of age, Sianna is far ahead of that! Sianna has been fascinated with horses since she could talk and knows the basics of riding like the back of her hand!
The British Horse Society recognizes that each situation is different and says that the age when children can first start riding horses alone is incredibly dependent on the setting and physical abilities of each child. Thankfully, Mom and Dad got Sianna started young.
Now, at three years old, Sianna is more than ready to begin her solo riding career. The only problem is that the horse is too tall for her to get on!
So what's a pint-sized horse lover supposed to do? That's when a bright idea pops into her head...
Instead of having Mom or Dad lift her onto her Lady's back, she jumps on the trampoline and positions the horse next to the metal rim. After getting Lady's rein placed carefully, Sianna lifts one leg over her back and pushes herself onto the magnificent creature!
